Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Management, or related field.
• OSHA/Cal OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage safety programs across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence safety practices to reduce injuries and property damage on construction sites.
• Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans and JHAs.
• Coordinate safety training and audits with project teams and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with OSHA and regulatory bodies on incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Mentor field personnel on safety goals and procedures to improve overall performance.
