Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Dallas to coordinate project resources, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements across the lifecycle. You will partner with the owner and project team to drive risk management, quality, and timely progress.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on maintaining cost control and ensuring successful closeouts. A values-driven culture and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong profitability and project close-out experience with client/subcontractor relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors and vendors to align with the project schedule.
• Represent Suffolk with owners, Architects, consultants, authorities, vendors, and subs.
• Administer financials of owner/subcontract contracts and purchase orders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and the project team.
• Oversee start-up, budget, values schedule, safety, and mobilization planning.
• Manage purchasing, subcontracts, grants, buyout, and change order processes.
• Attend schedule/management meetings and lead when appropriate.
• Oversee payroll, cash flow, and proactive issue communication.
• Deliver closeout packages, warranties, as-builts, and training to owners.
