Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex construction projects from Phoenix, AZ and other locations. The role requires directing project teams, coordinating trades, managing budgets, schedules, and safety programs to ensure quality outcomes.

You will oversee end-to-end construction activities, work with stakeholders, and drive performance while maintaining DPR's safety standards and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals and supervises performance.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution with monitoring of progress and issue escalation.
• Manages procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors in line with project requirements.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with expertise in project management.
• Evaluates project performance, identifies improvement areas, and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews comprehensive project documentation for compliance and reporting.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement quality and safety programs, ensuring zero-incident environments.
