• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor productivity, and report variances.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols and quality assurance across project phases.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
