Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews moderately complex technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality benchmarks; maintain field presence to support safe execution of work and participate in safety meetings.
• Coordinates with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve moderately complex technical challenges, ensuring uninterrupted crew productivity and project progress.
• Reviews and provides feedback on construction drawings, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Supports the implementation of project controls, including schedule tracking and cost monitoring, to support timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Prepares and presents progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Identifies and mitigates risks on projects through field analysis and engineering solutions.
• Supports less experienced team members in resolving moderately complex project issues and provides technical expertise on safety and quality standards.
