Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior project executive in Phoenix, AZ to lead multiple mid to large-scale projects and drive outcomes aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.

You will mentor project managers, coordinate with field operations, and engage clients and trade partners to resolve complex execution issues while promoting discipline and continuous improvement across the Family of Companies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large or multi-project delivery teams.
• Strong ability to drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost outcomes.
• Excellent client and partner relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Directs and supports project managers and teams, guiding on complex execution challenges.
• Serves as primary escalation point for significant project risks, client concerns, contractual matters, and performance issues.
• Oversees project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, contracts, and risk management.
• Partners with field leaders to reinforce safety, disciplined high-risk activity planning and execution.
• Builds strong relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners to support collaboration and repeat work.
• Mentors and develops project leaders with coaching and performance feedback.
