Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to lead projects from start to finish and own outcomes.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Owning project financials, schedules, and overall performance.
• Working directly with repeat clients (not one-and-done jobs).
• Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Solving real-world construction challenges—not just tracking them.
