McShane Construction Company is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead industrial projects from inception to completion. You will drive schedule, cost control, and quality compliance while fostering strong client-contractor relationships and mentoring project teams.

The role emphasizes preconstruction collaboration, rigorous safety practices, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders across multiple regional offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in project controls, construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with preconstruction and marketing on proposals, bid analysis, constructability reviews, and preliminary schedules.
• Analyze and manage owner contracts; ensure compliance with claim provisions.
• Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, and risk mitigation plans during buyout phases.
• Administer project control documents for consistency and accuracy.
• Manage subcontractor and owner changes; oversee forecasting and cost reporting.
• Prepare owner billings and ensure timely subcontractor/vendor payments.
• Develop or assist with project schedules and updates.
• Support Quality Manual implementation and address consultant inspection reports.
