Job summary

McGrath & Associates, Inc. in St. Louis is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work hands-on on active construction projects and participate in real decisions from day one.

You will support Project Managers, review plans, coordinate with subs and suppliers, and track schedules while learning how projects are built from the ground up.

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• OR field experience looking to move into an office role.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a team-first mindset.
