Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 3–5 years pharma/life science construction PM experience.
• 7–10 years managing multiple construction projects in production or industrial environments.
• 5+ years in machinery moving, construction, or safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project work from quoting to onsite management and closeout.
• Lead cross-functional teams; manage scope, cost, and timeline.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors via RFQ/PI processes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Prepare status reports and ensure adherence to contract specs.
• Supervise project staff and verify payroll.
• Drive change orders and ensure risk mitigation and safety compliance.
