Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Construction Management – Mechanical HVAC WPO to lead daily scheduling, planning, and on-site coordination for life science and pharmaceutical production facility projects.

You will supervise materials, equipment, and crews, ensure safety, manage contractors and engineers, and drive project delivery while maintaining client relationships and adherence to design drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in construction/engineering.
• 10+ years as Project Manager/Construction Manager on a site.
• 5+ years in Life Science/Pharma facility construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, building systems, contract management, and project delivery methods.
• Experience with Mechanical systems and leading contractors/superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities on the project site.
• Ensure materials, equipment and personnel are on site to meet the schedule.
• Lead client and construction meetings; coordinate with designers and owners.
• Review and manage Hygienic and Mechanical scopes from Bid Phase.
• Maintain safety leadership and site health standards.
