The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of construction site experience, with emphasis on hygienic and mechanical systems. You will coordinate with contractors, lead meetings, and drive safety and quality through turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of construction site experience
• 10+ years as Project Manager or Construction Manager
• Experience with Hygienic and Mechanical systems
• Experience leading contractors and Superintendents
• Knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, building systems and contract management

Responsibilities

• Lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site
• Ensure right materials, equipment and people are available to get the job done
• Prioritize safety, health and well-being of the team
• Lead client and construction meetings and reviews
• Coordinate walkdowns and reviews with owner and designers
• Attend constructability reviews
