Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Construction Management - Electrical and I&C Work Package Owner (WPO) to lead EI&C scope delivery from bid through turnover on Life Science/pharma facilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, schedule adherence, and budget control in a fast-paced project environment. You will partner with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time execution, leveraging Delta V, BMS, and MV knowledge while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent years of experience
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Construction manager with on-site construction experience
• At least 5 years of Life Science and/or Pharmaceutical Production Facility Construction experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of EI&C Systems, including Delta V and BMS and Medium Voltage
• Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution
• Ability to manage EI&C scopes from Bid Phase through Execution, turnover, and close out of the Subcontract
• Experience monitoring project budgets to ensure project requirements are met

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts and schedules; ensure alignment with client objectives
• Lead EI&C scopes and coordination; manage subcontractor and supplier interfaces
• Collaborate with Engineering and Subcontracts to develop bid packages and capture risks
