Job summary

Jacobs in Houston, TX is seeking a Construction Management- Electrical and I&C Work Package Owner to lead WPO on a major life-science facility project. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and field teams to deliver on scope, schedule and budget.

The role requires 10+ years as a Project Manager/Construction Manager on-site, plus strong EI&C knowledge (DeltaV, BMS) and subcontractor leadership. This position is on-site with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 10 years as a Project Manager/Construction Manager on a site.
• At least 5 years in Life Science/Pharmaceutical Facility Construction.
• Strong knowledge of EI&C systems, DeltaV and BMS.
• Experience leading contractors and Subcontractors on site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and field teams to meet targets.
• Manage EI&C scopes from bid through turnover and closeout.
• Monitor budgets to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop a comprehensive Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).
