ENFRA seeks a Traveling Superintendent to provide complete field leadership for day-to-day project operations, coordinating with the Project Manager, vendors and subcontractors to install scopes per contract documents and schedule. The role prioritizes site safety, quality assurance, and strong on-site collaboration with authorities having jurisdiction and clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in large commercial construction, proficiency with Procore and Primavera, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction with some experience in higher education or healthcare.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera).
• Team Player.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Detailed oriented.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Travel 30% of the time to regional job sites/offices.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and main point of contact for site safety.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule; lead pull planning to support schedule.
• Coordinate all site construction activities to execute the project schedule and contract documents.
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJ, third parties, and clients as needed.
• Ensure coordination of installations between trades and drive progress per schedule.
• Provide field leadership for planning and trades; support construction schedule development.
• Attend jobsite meetings, schedule deliveries, document sites, track vendor/sub invoices and status reports.
• Collaborate with Inter- Company leadership to drive efficiencies and best practices.
• Prepare and review Daily Reports for accuracy and compliance with contracts and schedule.
• Manage submittals flow to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Oversee QA plan implementation and adherence to safety, logistics, and project docs.
• Participate in project update meetings and communicate project health.
• Support in measuring project progress and reporting.
• Support energy savings targets with M&V and Engineering teams.
