Responsibilities include daily home walks, pre-construction and final presentation meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurance.
• Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, manage sites, schedules, and trade partners.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and maintain schedule compliance.
• Supervise pre-construction through final presentation meetings.
• Negotiate inspector/partner-raised issues with cost-effective resolutions.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals.
• Provide feedback on trade partner timeliness and quality.
• Ensure job site safety and code compliance; maintain safety logs.
