Ideal candidates bring residential construction management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office. This role requires site presence and collaboration with internal teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in residential construction management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Build Pro, and Procore.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and the ability to read blueprints.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites and schedules.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Supervise pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final presentation meetings.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to stay within budget.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals.
• Ensure site safety, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to resolve issues.
• Plan inspections per County, State, and Federal guidelines.
