Qualifications

• Requires 10 years in construction management or related roles with at least 5 years leading electrical/industrial projects
• Bachelors degree with 5+ years in leadership or project management
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR as per policy

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning to risk management.
• Review requirements, scope and timelines during handoff.
• Utilize project management tools to track milestones and deliverables.
• Lead on-site meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate work across trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, warranty handoff and ownership transition.
• Act as primary on-site contact for EESS activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote safety initiatives with District Operations.
