Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Construction Manager in Worthington, Ohio to lead multi-site construction projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety programs, and coordinate with electrical and other trades to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires extensive construction management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales engineers, and technical support

Qualifications

• 10 years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision or project coordination, incl. 5 years leading electrical/industrial/general construction projects OR Bachelor's with 5 years PM/leadership experience.
• Driver's license with clean MVR per policy and background check upon hire.
• No immigration sponsorship; domestic relocation not offered; reside within 75-mile radius of Worthington, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Review technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during handoff.
• Use PM tools to track milestones and ensure on-site execution stays on course.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate work with other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, warranty handoff, and transition to ownership.
