Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Construction Manager - Hyperscale to lead complex industrial and electrical projects in Missouri. You will drive project execution from planning to closeout, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in construction management (or 5+ years with a degree), a valid driver's license, and experience leading electrical/general construction projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years in construction management or a Bachelor's with 5+ years in construction management, including 3+ years in leadership or PM roles.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; regular driver designation.
• Relocation assistance for candidates outside 50 mile radius of Fenton, MO or New Florence, MO.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
