Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a General Foreman responsible for leading 10+ crew members on water/wastewater mechanical construction projects. You will plan daily schedules, enforce safety policies, manage materials, and report progress to the superintendent, while coordinating with subcontractors and addressing quality issues.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of water/wastewater process mechanical construction experience.
• Ability to organize daily/3-week lookahead schedules.
• Ability to understand and adhere to job budgets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings, understand specs and RFIs.

Aufgaben

• Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Develop a daily work schedule for crews (10+ people).
• Report crew time and quantities.
• Order and receive material.
• Report project progress to Superintendent.
• Complete a Safe Plan of Action (SPA) daily.
• Gather and submit daily inspection forms for equipment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trades at field level.
• Identify and address quality control issues.
• Participate in Weekly Pull Plan sessions and scheduling meetings.
• Possibly participate in Owner/Engineer weekly meetings.
• Be willing to train your replacement.
• Be a Leader.
