Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Principal Implementation Manager, Connectivity to lead end-to-end connectivity implementations and onboarding for customers. You will mentor peers, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and drive enhancements in ordering processes and CSI initiatives.

Candidates should bring deep expertise in 5G, IoT, and connectivity platforms, with strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent
• 7–10 years Telecommunications/PM/Presentations exposure preferred
• Experience with connectivity solutions and platform continuity is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Conducts white-glove technical onboarding sessions with customers; leads CSI for Control Center accounts; supports ordering tools and processes; develops custom implementation plans.
• Assists with platform demos with sales and customers; engages with Sales on complex opportunities.
• Provides improvements to ordering processes; maintains SME knowledge on all products supported.
• Leads IoT sector initiatives; collaborates with Product and Engineering on development; drives customer and vendor feedback for enhancements.
• Mentors junior staff; supports training and team development.
