Qualifications
- Hands-on development experience with C and C+ (Required).
- Analytical thinking and capacity planning skills.
- Strong communication and technical writing abilities.
- Experience in network architecture and design.
- Systems engineering mindset with ability to mentor others.
- Experience with technology roadmaps and project planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and validation of network systems to maximize reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and presentations to communicate design benefits to diverse audiences
- Drive engineering projects by applying techniques, conducting tests, and supervising engineering teams to meet objectives
- Analyze and implement technology improvements to optimize network processes and support business requirements
- Monitor industry technologies and standards to inform design decisions and influence organizational technology strategies
- Evaluate new and existing technologies to align with business goals and support network evolution
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
