Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Principal Implementation Manager, Connectivity to master Solutions connectivity implementation, onboard customers, and mentor other managers. This role leads cross-functional teams and drives CSI for programs like Ready to Deploy and Edge Control.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, support platform demos, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality delivery and customer success. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Preferred fields: Computer Science, IT, Engineering.
• 7–10 years telecommunications, project management, and client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts white-glove onboarding and serves as CSI Lead for accounts.
• Assists with platform demos and engages with sales on complex opportunities.
• Provides improvement recommendations for ordering processes and maintains SME knowledge.
• Leads IoT initiatives and collaborates with Product and Engineering on developments.
• Mentors junior roles and helps develop training.
