T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Principal Implementation Manager, Connectivity to drive mastery of Solutions connectivity implementation and oversee onboarding for customers and accounts.

You will mentor other managers, share knowledge on ordering tools, and lead cross‑functional initiatives like Private APN, Ready to Deploy, and Edge Control. As a CSI Lead for strategic programs, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering, guide complex customer requirements, and help shape improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent with related work experience.
• 7–10 years in telecommunications, project management, and customer-facing presentations.
• Experience with 5G networks and IoT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and connectivity implementation initiatives.
• Mentor team members and share best practices across CSI and connectivity programs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive enhancements to ordering processes.
• Provide platform demos and engage with sales on complex opportunities.
• Manage projects and develop training materials for staff
