MGC Contractors, Inc. in the Phoenix metro area is seeking a Concrete Superintendent for its Arizona Division. You will review blueprints, oversee layout of concrete structures, and coordinate site logistics and manpower to keep projects on schedule.

This full-time salaried role requires at least five years of experience on water/wastewater concrete projects, strong leadership of crews, and the ability to manage job costs, safety paperwork, and communications with the project team.

Qualificações

• At least five (5) years of experience constructing concrete structures and water bearing structures on water/wastewater projects.
• Ability to navigate a computer and respond timely to e-mail.

Responsabilidades

• Review and comprehend blueprint drawings and specifications.
• Lay out large and small concrete structures.
• Coordinate and assist with scheduling of site logistics and manpower.
• Manage crews of 3-20 people.
• Develop and train future foremen and superintendents.
• Coordinate with team on pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
• Assist with safety paperwork and filing on job folders.
• Review and order materials and equipment as needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
