Job summary

PCL Construction, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Concrete Superintendent in Phoenix, Arizona to lead concrete operations on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will oversee cast-in-place structures, coordinate crews and trade partners, and ensure safe, on-schedule, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree in a related discipline.
• NCSO designation required (IND).
• Enrollment in the Gold Seal program (CDN) preferred.
• 10 years of progressive field supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with project manager to ensure implementation of the safety program on site.
• Supervises, directs, coaches, trains, and mentors the project team.
• Communicates effectively with crews and trades to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Collaborates with project manager to manage potential problems and schedule conflicts.
• Liaises with field engineers, estimators, and subcontractors to ensure drawings and specs are followed.
