Job summary

Ideal candidates bring a Journeyman certificate or engineering degree, plus substantial field supervision experience and a solid grasp of construction materials and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree in a related discipline.
• NCSO designation required (IND); enrollment in the Gold Seal program (CDN) preferred.
• 10 years of progressive field supervision experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry operations, materials, specs, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of cast-in-place concrete structures on complex water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate crews and trade partners; ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and three-week lookahead schedules.
