Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking Concrete, Labor and Mechanical Superintendents to join our Arizona Division in the Phoenix metro area.

You will oversee field operations on water and wastewater projects, coordinating with craft teams and project staff to ensure safety, schedule, and cost compliance. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least five years of experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects, with a strong focus on site logistics, scheduling, and cost

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project contract status reports.
• Coordinate site logistics plans with the team.
• Schedule project site logistics and updates.
• Monitor and update the project schedule with the team.
• Oversee pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
• Forecast total cost projections.
• Ensure safety of on-site staff.
• Monitor on-site labor.
• Review material and equipment needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
