Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Concrete Superintendent in Minnesota to lead our construction team, overseeing all aspects from planning to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, and safety, while coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients.

A proven track record in heavy civil concrete projects and strong leadership are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the heavy civil concrete field, proficiency with CM software, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Heavy Civil Construction focusing on concrete.
• Experience with subcontractor management and contract enforcement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring contract specs and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement project schedules; monitor progress; adjust as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols on site and ensure wellbeing of workers.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment cost-effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to meet project objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
