Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead major data center projects across the United States. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage daily field activities, and drive schedule performance in a highly technical environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data-center construction, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Travel to projects nationwide is required; join a team delivering large-scale, complex facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years data-center construction experience in a superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Proven track record overseeing large-scale, ground-up projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from planning to execution.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors for favorable costs.
• Maintain high workmanship standards per plans and specs.
• Prepare internal and external status reports.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve issues.
• Analyze and mitigate risks.
