Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with a strong background in concrete for large-scale commercial and industrial projects nationwide. You will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality on complex site work including data centers and manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience, proven self-perform concrete expertise, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Proven self-perform concrete experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills; excellent communication.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of construction from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction from development to final build.
• Ensure activities align with project plans and safety standards.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors; manage schedules and resources.
• Maintain safety protocols and quality standards throughout projects.
• Interact with clients to interpret plans and contract terms for staff.
• Schedule and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials.
