You will act as the primary liaison between the property manager and the concierge team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to residents, guests, and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the property manager to identify improvements.
• Manage team schedules and oversee weekly payroll.
• Hold monthly staff meetings and set performance goals with associates.
• Develop and enforce SOPs to improve operations.
• Foster a positive work culture and enforce grooming standards.
• Participate in regional calls with leadership.
• Logistics support for packages and amenity requests.
