Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and directs them to a team member.
• Answers phone calls and routes to appropriate staff.
• Assists residents with luggage cart check-in/out.
• Monitors parking garage for team members and vendors.
• Monitors fire alarm panel and security cameras.
• Manages package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Keeps a daily log of events and security status.
• Maintains logs for equipment rentals and services.
• Keeps local info on restaurants, stores and delivery options for residents.
