You will guide a team of concierge ambassadors and serve as the liaison between the property manager and staff to deliver exceptional service to residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in hospitality, excellent communication, and proven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly meetings with the property manager to identify improvement areas.
• Manage team schedules and oversee weekly payroll.
