Job description

At Page Association Management Group, we believe exceptional residential living is about more than beautiful surroundings. It's about creating an environment where every resident feels welcomed, recognized, and genuinely cared for.

We are seeking an experienced, personable, and hospitality-driven Lead Concierge to help deliver an exceptional residential experience at a luxury high-rise condominium in Buckhead, Atlanta.

The ideal candidate understands that luxury hospitality is found in the smallest details—a warm greeting, remembering a resident's preferences, anticipating a need, or taking the extra step to make someone's day easier.

This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service while helping inspire a team to do the same.

The Opportunity

The Lead Concierge will serve as a working team leader for the building's 24-hour concierge operation, providing exceptional front desk service while supporting the Assistant General Manager with employee training, daily coordination, and service quality.

This individual will help ensure a consistent, welcoming, and professional experience for residents, guests, and visitors.

The Lead Concierge will work regular concierge shifts and serve as a resource for other concierge employees. The position does not replace the Assistant General Manager's supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Luxury Resident Experience & Hospitality
  • Greet residents and guests warmly, professionally, and by name whenever possible.

  • Develop positive, professional relationships with residents while respecting their privacy.

  • Anticipate resident needs and provide thoughtful, personalized assistance.

  • Respond to inquiries and requests with genuine care, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Assist residents with amenity reservations, service coordination, visitor information, and general building inquiries.

  • Handle resident concerns calmly and professionally, escalating sensitive matters when appropriate.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience through small, meaningful gestures.

  • Maintain a polished, welcoming, and service-oriented lobby environment.

Concierge Operations
  • Perform regular front desk duties as part of the building's 24-hour concierge coverage.

  • Assist with visitor registration, access procedures, deliveries, package management, and building communications.

  • Monitor building access in accordance with established policies and security procedures.

  • Maintain accurate visitor records, package logs, incident reports, and shift communications.

  • Coordinate with building management, engineering, and housekeeping regarding resident needs.

  • Assist with move-in and move-out coordination, contractor access, and special building activities.

  • Ensure concierge workspaces remain organized, professional, and presentable.

  • Follow established emergency procedures and promptly report incidents or safety concerns.

Team Leadership & Training
  • Serve as a positive example of Page AMG's hospitality and service standards.

  • Assist the Assistant General Manager with onboarding and training new concierge employees.

  • Help maintain consistent front desk procedures across daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

  • Support clear and thorough shift transitions.

  • Identify service inconsistencies and recommend improvements.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and assistance to concierge team members.

  • Help coordinate shift coverage and communicate staffing concerns to management.

  • Encourage teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and pride in service.

Communication & Service Excellence
  • Maintain professional communication with residents, guests, vendors, and employees.

  • Ensure resident requests are properly documented and communicated to the appropriate department.

  • Follow up on outstanding requests and unresolved shift matters.

  • Support management with concierge service procedures and training materials.

  • Assist with resident announcements and building information.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident information, building access, and internal operations.

  • Help create an environment where residents feel confident that their needs will be handled with care.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, hotel guest services, residential services, or a similar customer-facing position.

  • Previous experience as a team lead, shift supervisor, senior concierge, or comparable leadership role.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Professional appearance, communication, and demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solutions-oriented in challenging situations.

  • Ability to use computers, electronic communication systems, and service management software.

  • Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining consistent service standards.

  • Ability to work onsite in Buckhead and accommodate occasional schedule adjustments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a luxury condominium, high-rise residential building, upscale hotel, or private club.

  • Experience supporting a 24-hour front desk or concierge operation.

  • Familiarity with visitor management, package tracking, and building access systems.

  • Experience training or mentoring customer service employees.

  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and service recovery techniques.

  • Experience working with high-profile residents or handling confidential information with discretion.

Compensation & Benefits

Page AMG anticipates offering:

  • Hourly compensation of $21.00–$23.00, based on experience.

  • Employer-sponsored health insurance.

  • Dental and vision insurance options.

  • Paid time off and paid holidays.

  • Retirement plan with employer matching contributions.

  • Professional development and hospitality training.

  • Opportunities for advancement within Page AMG.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Buckhead, Atlanta.

The anticipated schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, primarily during daytime concierge coverage. Some evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required based on operational needs.

The Lead Concierge will report directly to the Assistant General Manager and work closely with the General Manager and other onsite departments.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means residents feel welcomed and recognized, concierge employees communicate effectively, front desk operations remain organized, and exceptional service is delivered consistently across every shift.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of the resident experience, and believes that genuine hospitality can transform an ordinary interaction into something memorable.
