Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Chief Concierge to lead the concierge team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will act as a key contact for VIP guests, coordinate transportation, dining, and tours, and maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

You will build strong relationships with guests, anticipate needs, and collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless service throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of concierge experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Membership of Les Clefs d'Or International.
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, transportation services, and destination experiences.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with diverse guests.
• Highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Concierge team to deliver exceptional service.
• Build relationships with guests and provide personalized recommendations and arrangements.
• Oversee coordination of transportation, reservations, tours, events, and guest requests.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and tourism partners.
• Welcome and assist VIPs and special-profile guests, recognizing preferences.
• Manage Concierge Desk operations and guest inquiries, deliveries and information requests.
• Ensure knowledge of local attractions, dining, and leisure activities.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Transportation, and Security.
• Assist guests with complex travel arrangements, itinerary planning, and visa guidance.
• Maintain records of guest preferences and concierge activities.
