Qualifikationen
- 2+ years in luxury hospitality or concierge roles.
- Experience leading shifts, scheduling, and performance management.
- Knowledge of San Diego dining, golf, and local attractions.
- Les Clefs d'Or membership is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Review upcoming reservations and guest profiles to identify opportunities for personalized service and recognition.
- Conduct pre-arrival outreach to learn guest preferences, interests, special occasions, and travel plans.
- Design and coordinate customized dining, golf, spa, entertainment, transportation, and local experiences.
- Train and coach Concierge colleagues on local knowledge, departmental procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor pre-arrival planning, reservations, guest arrangements, and outstanding requests for accuracy and completion.
