Job summary

The Lodge at Torrey Pines in San Diego is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Valet, and Transportation operations. This senior role provides direction to the Front Office leadership team and ensures daily operations meet service standards while achieving occupancy, rate, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of progressive Front Office leadership experience including oversight of other managers or supervisors.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort Front Office environment.
• Experience with AAA Five Diamond or Forbes-rated properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Valet, and Transportation operations.
• Maintain visible leadership and ensure staffing, guest service, and performance management.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service recovery, and adherence to hotel standards.
• Collaborate with Yield and hotel leadership to optimize occupancy, rate, and revenue.
