The Lodge at Torrey Pines, part of Evans Hotels, seeks a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and manage check-ins with a warm, efficient approach. You will handle arrivals and departures, assist with reservations, and promote services across hotel departments.

We value a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to upsell thoughtfully, and availability to work day or evening shifts in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience preferred in hospitality or guest service.
• Experience in a hotel or similar service environment is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Proactively provides guests with personal service and attention that exceeds expectations.
• Interacts with guests and collaborates with other hotel departments to meet needs.
• Accepts reservations and uses up‑selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Maintains a cash handling routine and processes guest billing.
• Performs additional duties as directed by leadership.
