The Lodge at Torrey Pines, part of Evans Hotels, is seeking a Concierge II to warmly welcome guests and provide proactive personal service that exceeds expectations. You will help guests with reservations for hotel amenities, local activities, and transportation needs.

Based in La Jolla, the role offers day/evening shifts, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k match. Previous hotel experience is preferred and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Previous similar position in a hotel, preferably luxury.
• Knowledge of the local area, restaurants, and attractions.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conveys a favorable image of the organization to guests.
• Promotes hotel amenities and assists with reservations.
• Answers inquiries and assists with transportation, reservations, and local activities.
