Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly and motivated PM Valet Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service. You will engage with guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure memorable experiences at our historic resort.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
• Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow associates.
• Knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a friendly demeanor.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bell carts via cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Assist guests and shuttle/taxi calls.
• Direct guests to Front Desk or meeting rooms.
• Load luggage and deliveries to guestrooms.
• Train new bell staff on procedures.
• Keep daily bell log and report VIP arrivals.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
