Responsibilities

• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Oversees cooking activities for food service staff as assigned.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use and performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; maintains organized storage.
• Adheres to HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations.
• Maintains daily production records and completes required documentation.
• Assists in cross-training of employees.
