Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Part Time, event-based Concessions Cook for partnerships with venues in Milwaukee. The role offers competitive wages, opportunities to learn and grow, and team member perks such as Instapay and savings through the EVEN app.

From stadium concessions to venue events, the team operates with creativity, great service, and a passion for quality food. Reports to Culinary Management and supports training and delegation of tasks to Concessions Cooks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cooking experience (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of equipment and how to use.
• Able to lift and transport up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipe guidelines.
• Knows menu items specific to position.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests.
• All product cooked and served according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation practices.
• Maintains work area.
• Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
• Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
