Qualifications

• Previous cook or prep cook experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, respectful communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, fresh food for guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure concessions are prepped and stock is ready before events.
• Prepare hot and cold dishes per recipes and portioning requirements.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to plan menus and estimate consumption.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all areas.
• Assist with removing and garnishing plates for delivery to guests.
