Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join the closed-door dispensing team. The role focuses on non-sterile compounding, ensuring adherence to USP <795> and USP <800>, and maintaining a compliant, efficient workflow in a modern pharmacy facility.

Requirements include an Ohio Pharmacy Technician license, 1+ year of experience, and strong attention to accuracy in measurements and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician (State of Ohio).
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience; compounding preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795> and USP <800> standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and records.
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, compliant work environment.
• Participate in site-specific training and competency assessments.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Compound non-sterile medications following prescription orders and SOPs.
