Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Compliance Testing Manager to lead and scale a team responsible for independent risk-based compliance testing and validation activities. You will guide, coach, and develop staff while ensuring timely execution of the testing plan in a dynamic environment.

As a strategic leader, you will manage complex issue validations, interact with senior management, and align testing with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a testing/audit context.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee validations of issues identified by first and second line.
