Job summary

FinWise Bank is seeking a Compliance Testing Manager to lead regulatory testing across the bank’s lines of business, including strategic partnerships.

You will analyze compliance risks, oversee testing programs, and collaborate with Partners and Senior Management to ensure adherence to laws and rules. The role reports to the AVP of Compliance Testing and requires strong analytics, communication, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Assess adequacy of policies, procedures, monitoring and training controls.
• Review corrective action plans from testing/exam findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop test scripting to oversee compliance risks in partnerships.
• Evaluate risk assessments to define testing scope and methods.
• Perform quality testing of partner activities and monitor against schedule.
• Analyze large datasets to identify emerging compliance risks.
• Utilize data analytics to support testing, sampling and trend analysis.
• Review policies relative to compliance laws and regulations.
• Assess AI governance, privacy, and fair lending considerations.
• Communicate deficiencies to management with clear supporting data.
