Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance testing or related fields.
• CRCM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Tableau.
• Knowledge of risk management, regulatory requirements and enterprise governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee validations of issues identified by first and second line.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Compliance controls and testing.
• Lead the Compliance Testing Program and manage action plans.
• Communicate testing results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage team priorities, staffing, and performance development.
