Job summary

the company is seeking a data-driven compensation professional to lead our Compensation Analytics & Intelligence function. This role will provide centralized analytics to drive faster, more consistent pay decisions through data governance and advanced tooling.

You will transform enterprise-wide compensation data into actionable insights, spearhead AI and data strategy for the function, and partner with senior leaders on equity and cash budgeting, all while ensuring privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to transform raw data into insights, tooling, and recommendations.
• Advanced fluency with GSheets/Excel, SQL, and BI platforms such as Tableau.
• Experience applying AI to compensation analytics with governance in mind.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide compensation analytics and benchmarking processes.
• Lead AI and data strategy for the Compensation function.
• Partner with Finance on cash and equity budget modeling.
• Track market trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Design scalable analytics frameworks and tooling for compensation.
